Beautiful wooden interior creates a warm atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we faced several challenges during our stay. The room was too noisy, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. It was quite frustrating that the fridge next to the bed made constant noise, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, the smoke detector emitted flashing lights all night, which only added to our discomfort.

The best location and a lovely house, though

I found the stay to be mostly positive. The staff, especially Singye at reception, was incredibly helpful. However, the absence of an elevator made carrying our luggage a bit challenging when checking in and out.

I had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful ambiance and the cozy fireplace in my deluxe double room. The rooftop garden and calming spa provided the perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the slightly outdated bathroom fixtures, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 🌟

i had a great stay at bonum 1957 hanok and boutique. my junior suite offered a stunning garden view, and the place felt very private and secure. it's located in a fabulous neighborhood, making it easy to explore. the room was beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Couldn't recommend more for a short visit

Spacious hanok, warm atmosphere, we stayed in the large living room and enjoyed the traditional floor bedding in the bedrooms. The location is fantastic for exploring nearby cultural sites like the Blue House and Gyeongbokgung Palace, with free wi-fi and easy access to local transportation from the nearest metro station just a 10-minute walk away.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Korean-Style Two-Bedroom Suite, which had a lovely traditional vibe and warm floors that felt cozy. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukchon village, making it easy to explore beautiful cafes and the proximity to iconic sites like Gyeongbokgung Palace was a big plus.
